Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to ensure work order compliance, coordinate entries and approvals, and maintain data integrity in Yardi. You will support onsite teams and act as a communication bridge between regional leadership and operations to drive efficiency and policy adherence.

The role focuses on reviewing documentation, preventing discrepancies, and providing QA, training, and reporting to continuously improve service center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with work order management in property management or similar environments.
• Ability to review and correct discrepancies in documentation.
• Strong data integrity and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct work order discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review and input documentation for vendor and internal work orders prior to updating status; provide feedback on discrepancies.
• Coordinate work order entries, approvals, and escalations while liaising with regional leadership and onsite teams.
