Stark Exterminators in Boca Raton, FL seeks a full-time Service Center Manager to oversee all service-center operations, revenue, and personnel, ensuring top-tier customer service.

You will supervise technicians, manage scheduling, coach staff, and ensure safety and policy compliance, supporting the Branch Manager to achieve monthly targets. A comprehensive benefits package and company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Operate Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related portals.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to pass state licensing/certification exams.
• 40-hour work week minimum; after hours availability.
• Meets company driving standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
