Job summary

Stark Exterminators, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This role pays an hourly rate based on experience and requires strong computer skills and professional demeanor.

You will be the first point of contact, handling scheduling, payments, and updating customer files, while working in a team to meet service center goals. Overtime may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Present a professional appearance
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Assist in scheduling service and updating customer files.
• Collect payments and help ensure accounts are paid.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to schedule technicians.
