Stark Exterminators, a member of the Arrow Exterminators family, is hiring a full-time Service Center Manager to oversee all aspects of service center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, HR activities, training, and compliance. The role includes managing team performance, scheduling, and field support to deliver uncompromised service.

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred
• Possess current Driver's License
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Conflict resolution
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Proven ability to multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass licensing exams
• Able to work a 40-hour week and after-hours coverage
• High school degree or equivalent, college preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including revenue, sales, profit, HR activities, training and compliance
• Ensure uncompromised service to customers and team members with adherence to Vision, Mission and Core Values
• Assist Branch Manager to achieve monthly performance goals
• Coach, train and support technicians in daily operations
• Manage scheduling, vehicles, paperwork, and equipment to ensure efficient service delivery
