Job summary

Stark Exterminators in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This role is hourly and based on experience.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule service, collect payments, keep customer files up to date, and also make outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Able to work a full-time 40-hour week with potential overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone and in-person interactions.
• Assist in scheduling service, collecting payments, and updating customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team-driven environment to meet monthly service center goals.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and a commitment to an excellent customer experience.
