Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is hiring a Service Center Manager for our Richmond, VA location. You will lead the operations team to deliver world-class customer experience through timely responses and clear communication.

You will greet clients, route questions, and partner with management to resolve issues while supporting reporting and clerical duties. You will oversee onboarding reviews, COA verification, invoicing with customers, and coordinate with the Field Services Supervisor and Quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or 1 year relevant experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Prior commercial laboratory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients have a positive customer experience through proactive, professional service.
• Perform administrative duties: calls, emails, data entry, and clerical tasks.
• Maintain professional contact with assigned clients and generate reports as needed.
