Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is hiring a Service Center Manager for our Richmond, VA location. The role focuses on delivering world-class customer experience through timely responses and effective communication, greeting clients, routing questions, and collaborating with management to solve issues.

You will assist in reports, manage clerical duties, and back up the Field Services Supervisor. Strong customer service background and prior lab experience are preferred; bachelor’s degree or 1 year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the Sciences or 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Prior commercial laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a positive experience through professional service.
• Perform administrative duties such as calls, emails, data entry, and reporting.
• Maintain professional contact with clients and support management/operations.
• Review COA and invoices with customers during onboarding.
• Assist in logging and tracking client test samples and reports.
• Coordinate with field services and quality teams to support client needs.
• Set up accounts, file documents, and manage documents and scheduling.
