Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions in Durango, CO seeks a Service Center Manager to lead a team in the fast-paced LTL industry. You will direct dispatch, plan staffing, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while optimizing operations.

This exempt role reports to the Director of Regional Operations and offers a salary range of $75,000–$80,000 with benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in LTL Operations or comparable leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Valid Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing and overseeing the work of staff members to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor and direct all dispatching activities, including tracking, routing, and dispatching transportation vehicles.
• Implement changes to transportation services, policies, or scheduling as needed.
• Coach team members to develop talent.
• Produce high levels of service, including on-time pickup and delivery.
• Produce high level of productivity and optimal levels of labor spend.
