CrossCountry Freight Solutions, a leader in the LTL industry, seeks a Service Center Manager in San Antonio, TX. You will direct a team to deliver on-time pickups and deliveries, streamline dispatching, and drive continuous improvement to customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of five years’ experience in LTL Operations or a comparable leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing and overseeing the work of staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor and direct all dispatching activities, including tracking, routing, and dispatching transportation vehicles.
• Implement changes to transportation services, policies, or scheduling as needed.
• Coach team members to develop talent and improve performance.
• Produce high levels of service, including on-time pickup and delivery.
• Improve productivity and optimize labor spend.

SALARY: $75,000-$85,000 (depending on skills and knowledge)
