Job summary

Paycom in Utah's South Jordan service center seeks a hands-on Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage profitability. You will own the P&L, oversee staffing, inventory, and safety while building a high-performing, service-driven team.

You will partner with local fleet accounts, deliver trusted customer experiences, and coach technicians and supervisors to achieve KPI targets in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in automotive or service retail preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and drive sales across services and fleet partnerships.
• Own center P&L, manage revenue, labor, inventory, and expenses.
