Qualifications

• Experience in coaching and training staff, with ability to give direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the personal lines service team and responsibilities.
• Audit policy changes, renewals, and client files to catch errors.
• Conduct weekly audits and provide in-person coaching.
