Job summary

Grease-Monkey is seeking a Center Manager to lead our service center operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, profitability, and team performance. You balance hands-on leadership in the bay with strategic oversight of revenue, costs, safety, and talent development.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, enforce OSHA safety standards, manage P&L, and build a high-performing, service-driven culture with strong relationships to local fleet accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Automotive or service retail management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience grounded in trust and efficiency
• Build relationships with customers and fleet accounts to drive repeat business
• Lead a consistent, high-quality sales process including vehicle health checks and service recommendations
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets across services and fleet partnerships
• Own and manage the center’s Profit & Loss (P&L) and control costs across labor, parts, and expenses
• Oversee daily operations including bay efficiency, scheduling, and store readiness
• Build and coach a high-performing team and manage hiring, onboarding, and performance
• Champion a safety-first environment with OSHA compliance and proper equipment maintenance
