This leadership role combines sales, operations and financial accountability to strengthen Summit’s market position.

You will build a strategic roadmap, coach a diverse team, forecast sales, manage budgets, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver customer value and consistent profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years selling to industrial contractors with leadership roles.
• Proven success formulating sales strategies and driving performance.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Experience using ERP/SAP and BI analytics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and team strategy to achieve profitable market share growth.
• Create a strategic roadmap to become the #1 distributor in the market.
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership; monitor pipeline.
