Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our Carol Stream, IL service center. The AGM will work with the GM to drive revenue growth, lead daily operations, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory, budgeting, and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Good understanding of retail industry and financial objectives.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and guidance.
• Manage inventory and cash handling processes.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable according to standards.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
