Tharp Consulting in Hutchinson, MN seeks a Service Center Manager Trainee to grow leadership and operational skills while acting as Manager on Duty. You will coach team members, oversee vehicle services, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The program provides structured milestones, hands-on experience, and a clear path toward a Service Center Manager role, with training across operations, KPI monitoring, cash handling, inventory, and scheduling.

Formación

• Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience in retail, automotive, or customer service.
• Ability to coach, lead teams, and manage shift-level operations.
• Familiarity with KPI monitoring, cash handling, safety, and operational policies.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer interactions, manage team performance, and perform vehicle maintenance services.
• Develop team skills, oversee store P&L, inventory, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Participate in regular progress assessments with managers.
• Handle customer inquiries, service recommendations, and address complaints per standards.
• Perform other duties to support store success.
