Tharp Consulting is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team delivering customer service and car maintenance. You will perform oil changes, supervise operations, train staff, manage weekly schedules, assist with inventory and audits, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to foster loyalty.
• Experience working in fast-paced settings and KPI data analysis.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; fluent English.

• Perform vehicle maintenance and educate guests on services.
• Supervise daily operations and train new team members.
