Tharp Consulting seeks an Assistant Service Center Manager in Minnesota to help run daily operations, supervise and train staff, perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance, and educate customers on vehicle care.

You will manage work schedules, assist with inventory, and uphold safety and cleanliness while supporting audits and compliance programs. This role advances toward Service Center Manager.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service settings.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in KPI analysis and decision-making under pressure.
• Standing for extended periods and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Lead daily operations and supervise/train staff.
• Perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Educate guests on vehicle care and services offered.
