You will perform oil changes and car services, supervise daily operations, train and mentor staff, and develop schedules while managing inventory. This role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and a culture of continuous learning.

Formación

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to use KPI data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexibly schedule shifts.
• Fluency in English.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
