Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager in Wisconsin to support daily operations, supervise hourly staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will perform vehicle maintenance, educate guests on services, and build customer loyalty through efficient processes.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, training team members, managing schedules and inventory, and leading efforts to maintain safety and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build loyalty.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, using KPI data for performance monitoring.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; fluency in English.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance, review services with guests.
• Supervise daily operations, train new team members, and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop work schedules, manage inventory, and assist with store audits.
• Open and close the service center, maintaining safety and security standards.
• Lead team development to foster high performance and customer satisfaction.
