Vortex Industries’ Philadelphia Service Center is seeking a Service Center General Manager to lead daily operations, manage profitability, staffing, and scheduling, and drive customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Regional Director and demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll build strong relationships with management and crews, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in the door industry.
• Minimum 5 years managing operations with full P&L oversight.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
• Experience in outside sales and in-person customer development.

Responsabilités

• Own profitability, staffing, expense control, and operational execution at the Philadelphia Service Center.
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent across the team.
• Lead safety, compliance, and quality initiatives with a customer-first mindset.
