Job summary

Vortex Industries seeks a Branch Manager for the Philadelphia, PA Service Center to oversee operations, lead a team, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. This role reports to the Regional Director and requires building strong relationships with customers and partners.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage staffing and expenses, and foster a safe, productive workplace. Travel to job sites and meetings is required as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years’ door industry experience.
• At least five (5) years of managing operations with P&L oversight.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead safety, compliance, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service center operations and manage staff.
• Develop budgets, control expenses, and drive profitability.
• Implement continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service.
• Foster customer relationships and partner with customers.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate employees; provide coaching.
