Vortex Industries is seeking a Branch Manager for the Detroit Service Center to oversee operations, lead installation and service activities, and drive exceptional customer service. This leadership role reports to the Regional Director and focuses on profitability, staff development, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a decade in the door industry with strong leadership, budgeting and sales skills, and a proven track record in managing teams, safety, and performance reviews.

Qualificações

• Minimum of ten years’ door industry experience.
• Five years’ experience managing operations with P&L oversight.
• Budgeting processes and performance reporting understanding.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Experience in outside sales and in-person business development.
• Proven people development and conflict resolution skills.
• Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into actions.
• Experience hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews.
• Commitment to ethics, company values, and policies; flexible in a conservative budget.

• Oversee safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning across the Service Center.
• Hire, develop, and retain high-quality employees and coach performance.
• Represent the company professionally with partners and customers.
