Job summary

DHL Express in the United States is seeking a Customer Service and Operations Associate to support the Service Center with customer inquiries, billing resolution, and shipment tracking.

You will greet visitors, assist with documentation, coordinate pickups, and help resolve issues in collaboration with Sales and Service teams. Strong communication, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to pass background checks are required. Physical duties include lifting up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook/Excel/Word).
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background checks for SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answers phone and greets visitors.
• Resolves billing problems related to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and resolve misplaced shipments.
