Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all callers.
• Answer inbound calls and collect data related to breakdowns.
• Place outbound calls to seek servicing authorization or answers about a down unit.
• Meet and/or exceed call center metrics.
• Adapt to change and accept constructive feedback.
• Develop understanding of Idealease Best Practices.
• Understand facilitating service assignments at a basic level.
