Job Title: Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to support our Service Department in maximizing appointments, increasing retention, and delivering high-quality customer engagement.


Pay:

- $40,000 - $55,000 annual compensation depending on skill and experience.


Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to phone, internet, and chat inquiries from customers.

- Proactively reach out to current and prospective service customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and follow-ups.

- Manage the service appointment pipeline and follow up on missed or declined service opportunities.

- Work with the Service Manager and Advisors to meet departmental goals.

- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.

- Assist with service campaigns, recalls, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

-Provide a friendly and helpful experience on every interaction.


Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience preferred, but not required)

- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize

- Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and dealership management software

- Driven, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

- Being bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
