1. Promote excellent customer service and manage higher call volume within our BDC department.
2. Complete Toyota and Volvo brand training.
3. Help maintain the highest level of customer service.
4. Answer calls and collaborate with departments to assist customers.
5. Multitask effectively.
6. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Work well within a team environment.
8. Pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and possess a valid driver’s license.
