Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Pride Chevrolet is seeking a motivated team member for our Service Business Development Center. The Service BDC is responsible for scheduling service appointments and serving as the first point of contact in the customer’s service experience. Candidates should be able to multitask, be team players, and have a friendly personality. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
  • Make outbound calls to generate service appointments and log customer comments.
  • Follow up if no appointment is scheduled.
  • Reschedule no-shows and schedule future contacts as needed.
  • Send automated emails for follow-up reminders.
  • Respond to website requests and contact internet customers via email and phone.
Qualifications
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Previous experience with phones or telemarketing is highly preferred.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at first contact.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, able to multitask, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, data entry skills preferred.
