Job summary

Gilbert Mechanical, a Legence company, is seeking a Service Billing Clerk & Admin in Minnesota to support service and project teams. You will gather information from technicians, process invoices, enter data in SAGE 300 CRE, and handle customer communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two years’ administrative support or billing experience.
• Construction-related business experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from service technicians to formulate billings to clientele
• Gather and sort accounts payable vendor invoices to attach to service billings
• Enter billings into service software (SAGE 300 Construction & Real Estate)
• Distribute invoices to project managers for approval
• File all invoices
• Perform general administrative tasks to support Accounting & Operations staff.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support Sales, Project Management, and Operations staff.
• Provide Customer Service to both internal and external sources of whom we conduct business
