Job summary

Jim Click Ford in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Service BDC Representative to support the Service Department by handling inbound and outbound customer communications and scheduling service appointments. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote service specials.

This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-service focus, and the ability to work varied shifts, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer-service focus.
• Dealership, CRM, or service scheduling experience is a plus.
• Must be available to work varied shifts, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, missed appointments, and retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems.
• Follow up with customers, Service Advisors, and managers regarding service needs and appointments.
• Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs.
• Meet appointment-setting and productivity goals.
