Job summary

A leading Chevrolet dealership in the United States is seeking a BDC Service Representative to join their team. This position involves answering service calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Starting pay is $16 per hour plus commission and bonuses, along with great benefits including health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

The position of the Service BDC Representative contributes to the overall success of the dealership by working to assure customer satisfaction. Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Call customers for follow up’s, appointment reminders, missed appointments, and to bring customers into the dealership for service.
• Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments.
• Gather data for outgoing calls.
• Candidates must be reliable and must report to work promptly when scheduled.
• Other duties may be assigned

• CDK experience is a plus!
