Job summary

Classic Chevrolet - Grapevine is seeking a positive, motivated BDC Service Representative to support the dealership's service department. You will answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and help maintain strong customer relationships.

Starting at $20 per hour plus commission and bonus, with health and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation and a friendly work environment, the role offers opportunity for advancement for reliable, team-oriented candidates.

Qualifications

• At least one prior role with strong customer service experience preferred.
• CDK and DriveCentric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments.

• Candidates must be reliable and must report to work promptly when scheduled.
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience preferred
• CDK and DriveCentric experience is a plus!

• Must have strong computer skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
