Job summary

Berge Auto Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Service BDC representative to drive growth by building relationships with current and future customers. You will schedule service appointments across multiple stores and handle outbound calls, emails, and texts, as well as inbound service inquiries.

This role requires weekend availability, including every Saturday 8am to 3pm, and a strong customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership or automotive scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for multiple stores within our Dealer Group.
• Make outbound phone calls for service (includes emails/texts).
• Take inbound phone calls as needed.
• Respond to internet service requests.
• Professional and positive attitude.
