Job summary

Berge Auto Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Service BDC representative to drive growth by building relationships with current and future customers. You will schedule service appointments across multiple stores and handle outbound calls, emails, and texts, as well as inbound service inquiries.

This role requires weekend availability, including every Saturday 8am to 3pm, and a strong customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership or automotive scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

In the role of a Service BDC representative you will drive growth by developing and nurturing business relationships with present and future customers. You will schedule appointments for the service departments. Your main focus will be outbound calls/emails/text to schedule customers for service. You will take inbound service calls as needed. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY 8AM TO 3PM. PHYSICAL LOCATION OF JOB IS AT BELL FORD: 2401 W. BELL RD, PHOENIX AZ 85023

Pay: $15.15/hr plus commission

*Looking for hours 9-5 or 10-6 with Sunday and Wednesday's Off. Must be able to work EVERY Saturday 8am to 3pm.
