Job summary

Carter Myers Automotive in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Service BDC Associate to bolster Toyota Loyalty & Engagement. You will drive new business and strengthen long-term relationships through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach tools.

Qualifications

• Effective communication across multiple touchpoints (phone, video, text, in-person, email).
• Customer education and relationship-building are essential.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
• Answer inbound service calls and support the Service Advisor Team.
• Make outbound calls following up on previously declined service work and scheduling appointments.
• Make customer service survey follow up calls.
• Contact all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
• Provide updates on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
• Support advisors by engaging customers in the service drive and directing to their advisor.
• Other tasks as assigned.
