Job summary

Carter Myers Automotive Companies is seeking a Service BDC Associate in the Rocky Mount, NC area to generate new service business and nurture relationships through outbound calls, emails, and other messaging. You will support the Service Department and work with the Service Advisors to drive appointments and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong communication is essential across phone, email, text, and in-person touchpoints.
• Experience in BDC or retail sales/customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on dealership opportunities and manifests.
• Answer inbound service calls and support Service Advisors.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on declined service work and schedule appointments.
• Conduct customer service survey follow-ups and reschedule no-shows.
• Provide updates on parts status, reminders, and recalls; greet and direct customers in the service drive.
