Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our Massillon, OH team. You will be the key link between customers and our Hyundai Service Department, handling scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups to keep the service schedule full and productive.

• Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Help maximize appointment volume and service capacity.
• Track show rates and follow-up activity.
• Provide customers with an efficient and positive service experience.
