Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is seeking an Automotive BDC Representative to manage online inquiries, schedule appointments, and nurture leads with professional communication across phone, text, email, and online platforms. You will collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a superior customer experience in a fast-paced Massillon dealership environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, and adept at maintaining CRM notes, while meeting daily or weekly activity targets.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.

Responsibilities
