You will manage incoming inquiries, follow up with prospects, and schedule dealership appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience across phone, text, email, and online channels.

Ideal candidates are energetic, professional, and goal-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced dealership environment and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Update notes, appointments, and follow-up activity in CRM.
