Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is seeking an Automotive BDC Representative to manage internet leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule dealership appointments. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service across phone, text, email, and online channels, while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with sales and service teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, and motivated to meet and exceed daily goals in a fast-paced Massillon dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High organization and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Experience in automotive BDC or call centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet and website leads.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and online channels.
• Schedule sales and/or service appointments.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Update CRM notes and follow-up activity.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Re-engage customers who have not yet purchased or scheduled.
• Work closely with sales, service, and management teams.
• Track daily activities, appointments, contacts, and follow-up opportunities.
• Follow established BDC processes and communication schedules.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Help convert online inquiries and phone calls into dealership visits.
• Meet individual and department goals for calls, contacts, appointments, and customer engagement.
