Lum's Auto Center is seeking a Service BDC Representative to connect with customers, schedule service appointments, and identify maintenance opportunities. This role focuses on delivering friendly, professional communication and building lasting relationships within a supportive team.

The position offers pay at $19 per hour, with potential performance-based increases. Employment can be full-time or part-time, with a day shift and Saturday availability required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Ability to learn new software and retain information.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug-screening requirements.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Help customers find convenient appointment times and explain service needs.
• Identify maintenance and recall opportunities to keep vehicles safe.
• Build positive customer relationships through friendly communication.
• Listen to customer concerns and resolve routine issues.
• Keep accurate customer records and follow-up information.
• Meet team goals for customer service, productivity and quality.
• Look for ways to improve the customer experience and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
