Holmes Tuttle Ford in Tucson, AZ seeks a motivated Service BDC Representative to support the Service Department by handling inbound/outbound customer communications and scheduling service appointments.

You will maintain CRM records, follow up with customers and advisors, promote service specials, and help meet productivity goals. This on-site role offers consistent hours, a professional dealership environment, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Dealership, CRM, or service scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointment.
• Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, missed appointments, declined services, and customer retention efforts
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems
• Follow up with customers, Service Advisors, and managers regarding service needs and appointments
• Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs
• Meet appointment-setting and productivity goals
