Job description

The Patrick Dealer Group is looking for a Full-Time Automotive Service Business Development Representative to assist our service teams. As a member of the Service BDC team, you will be responsible for handling service calls, scheduling service appointments and assist in building a and maintaining a long-lasting relationships with our customers.

This is a Monday – Friday position with working hours that are typically 9am – 5pm.

Pay:

  • Estimated salary range: $31,200 - $45,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
  • Demonstrate first class customer service skills.
  • Makeoutbound calls, generate service appointments, and log all customer comments.
  • Schedule follow-ups, contact customers, and reschedule no-show customer appointments.
  • Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
  • Respond to customer website requests with a customer centered approach.
  • Contact internet customers via text, email, and phone to schedule a service appointment.
  • Present a professional and enthusiastic personality.
  • Develop relationships.
  • Work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements for Eligibility:

  • 19 years of age or older
  • Superior communication skills – verbal and written
  • Superior time-management and prioritization skills
  • Organized, multi-tasked, and self-motivated
  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Previous experience in call center and/or telemarketing is highly preferable
  • Microsoft Word, CRM, and data entry skills
  • Clean driving record & meet our MVR requirements
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
