The Service Business Development Representative (SBDR) is responsible for answering inbound service phone calls, making outbound calls, and managing live chats, all while demonstrating the high level of professionalism that Dan Wolf Automotive Group is known for. This position plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, promoting dealership services, and contributing to the overall growth of the service department. This full-time position works 4 weekdays and Saturday. If your qualifications match our request and you have an interest in growing with a great team, this could be your position!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Wow customers with an unmatched level of customer service
• Handle all outbound phone appointments
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly
• Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries, issues and offer additional services
• Use scripts


REQUIREMENTS:
