Pierre Ford & Lincoln of Lynnwood is seeking a highly motivated BDC Representative to support our Service Department. This entry-level role handles inbound and outbound service appointment scheduling and delivers friendly, professional customer service.

You will work Monday through Friday with pay of $28.00 per hour plus a $500 CSI bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Entry-level training available.
• Independent self-starter with strong customer service.
• Dealership experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound service appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate pickup and deliveries.
• Support routine conquest outbound campaigns and track results.
• Maintain compliance and training with company and factory standards.
• Perform routine cashier duties.
• Maintain professional appearance and workplace environment.
• Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
• May be assigned other duties by management.
