Swope Family of Dealerships in Elizabethtown, KY, is seeking a part-time BDC Coordinator for day shifts to support the service department. You will manage incoming calls, schedule service and sales appointments, and communicate with customers via phone, email, and text.

You will collaborate with the Service Manager and Advisors, process orders, and follow up with guests to ensure timely visits and satisfaction. A valid driver's license and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver's license.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and computer skills.
• Analytical and multi-tasking abilities; strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service calls.
• Enter service appointments into the system.
• Assist Parts Department with scheduling appointments for Parts guests.
• Scan service orders and documents for the Service Department.
• Schedule first service appointments for Sales.
• Email new car buyers and invite them to the Service Department after purchase.
• Perform daily follow-ups via phone or email.
• Update guest communication status and follow-ups daily.
• Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments.
• Call and attempt to reschedule missed service appointments.
• Reach out to all Toyota guests and invite them to the service department.
• Assist Service Manager and Advisors with tasks in the service department.
• Contact guests by text, calls, or email.
• Receive payments from guests; be the last point of contact.
