Job summary

Swope Family of Dealerships is seeking a part-time BDC Coordinator in Elizabethtown, KY to manage service call intake, schedule service and sales appointments, and coordinate between departments. This role involves proactive guest outreach and accurate data entry to support the service and parts teams.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and computer skills.
• Ability to be analytical and multi-task.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Consistent and stable work history and work attendance.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service calls.
• Enter Service appointments into system.
• Assist the Parts Department in scheduling appointments for Parts guests.
• Scanning for the Service Department (scanning in Repair Orders and service documents).
• Schedule First service appointments for Sales.
• Email new car buyers and invite them to the Service Department (done when vehicle is purchased).
• Daily follow-ups by phone or email.
• Guest communication status update calls and follow ups daily.
• Remind guests of upcoming appointments via calls or email.
• Reschedule missed service appointments as needed.
• Call all Toyota guests and invite them to our service department.
• Assist Service Manager and Advisors with tasks in the service department.
• Contact guests via text, calls, or email.
• Receive payment from guests and be the last point of contact.
