In this customer service role, you will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and help create an outstanding service experience from the first interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, BDC, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with CRM, DMS, and scheduling software.
• Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding recalls, ToyotaCare maintenance, loyalty programs, service reminders, and extended warranty opportunities.
• Review customer service history and recommend maintenance services when scheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and DMS software.
• Stay current on Toyota service campaigns, recalls, promotions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work closely with service advisors and the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
