The role focuses on answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction.

Ideal candidates have customer service or call center experience and familiarity with CRM, DMS, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding recalls, ToyotaCare maintenance, loyalty programs, service reminders, and extended warranty opportunities.
• Review customer service history and recommend appropriate maintenance services when scheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and dealership management system (DMS) software.
• Stay current on Toyota service campaigns, recalls, promotions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Work closely with service advisors and the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
