Job summary

Sonic Automotive is seeking a Service BDC Agent to generate service appointments and manage internet inquiries with a premium customer experience. You will enter data in the CRM, track customer interest, and learn our products, financing, and incentives while supporting the dealership’s service goals.

The role emphasizes professional communication, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and the position is on-site in California.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and a valid driver license.
• Experience in a high-volume call center or commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly and accurately.
• Generate service appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and experience quality.
• Utilize lead management tools effectively.
• Prepare all reports and required documents on time.
• Adhere to ethical standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
