Job summary

Columbus Motor Company is seeking a Service BDC Agent to join our team. You will schedule service reservations, provide information to customers, and ensure a positive experience. The role emphasizes excellent people skills and a team-oriented attitude within a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must speak and write English fluently; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and service needs.
• Conduct 24-hour reminder calls for all service appointments.
• Display knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Contact internet customers regarding service inquiries or scheduling requests.
• Complete call sheets for feedback to Service Manager.
• Communicate with service advisors to keep customers informed about vehicle status.
• All other duties as assigned.
